The Hardiness Resilience Gauge (HRG) is grounded in over 30 years of research and development and provides valuable insight into an individual’s level of hardiness and their ability to cope with stressful and unexpected situations. Like all MHS assessments, the HRG is a scientifically rigorous tool that demonstrated exceptional reliability and validity.

Hardiness focuses on the 3 C’s – Control, Commitment, and Challenge which are the key qualities people high in hardiness possess. They believe they have control over the events they experience, they commit to seeing the world as meaningful and interesting, and they view challenges and change as growth opportunities.

With the HRG, you can determine and interpret your Total Hardiness Score as well as individual scores for the 3 C’s and learn how to build hardiness and resilience to accomplish personal and professional goals and achieve greater impacts to your overall quality of life.

Contest Period – The contest is run by MHS Talent Development and is not monetized by the platform we are using to run this contest and will run from December 17, 2020 to January 7, 2021.

Eligibility – Our contest is open to all legal residents of Canada and the US who have reached the age of majority in their province/territory of residence as of the date of entering the contest.

How To Enter – No purchase necessary. To enter this contest, a call-to-action LinkedIn post will be posted on our LinkedIn account MHS Talent Development. Comment on the post, share the post to one person, and fill in the information needed on our landing page. One entry per person allowed. All entries must be submitted from a valid LinkedIn account.

Prize – Winner will receive an HRG assessment and a 1 hr debrief of the assessment including consultation of how to implement these tools into your company by one of our Talent Solutions Consultants.

Winners & Contest Results – 1 winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received during the contest period and announced in the second week of January 2021 on the social media channel that was used to run the contest. To be declared a winner, the selected entrant must, in addition to meeting the contest eligibility criteria, be reached by response through email which must be done within one (1) day immediately following the selection of the entry and have correctly answered a mathematical skill-testing question in the declaration by email. If any one of the conditions mentioned in these terms are not met, the selected entrant will be disqualified and shall not be entitled to receive any prize.
