Return Policy

Any items advertised in our current catalog may be returned or exchanged within one (1) year of purchase subject to the following conditions. Excludes MHS Tokens.

If within thirty (30) days of purchase you are not satisfied with the material(s), MHS will provide you a full credit, replacement, or refund of the purchase price paid. Simply call the MHS Client Services Department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return the material in saleable condition (unused, complete, and unmarked). Returns should be sent via a traceable method or via courier and should be prepaid, insured, and sent to the address provided by MHS Client Services. Please reference the RMA number on the outside of the parcel. The return address is also listed on the provided RMA document.

Cancellations for webinars received via email or by phone up to five days prior to the event date will be issued a full refund. Any cancellation made less than 5 days in advance will not be eligible for any refund.

Within 30 days of purchase, a full refund will be given upon request on any online self-directed learning programs that have not yet been opened or completed. Any learning program that has been opened or completed will not be eligible for any refund.

Returns past thirty (30) days and within sixty (60) days of purchase are accepted for account credit towards future purchases of any MHS published product. Returns for MHS paper product past sixty (60) days of purchase will not be accepted for exchange or credit but are subject to an MHS digital conversion exchange. Conversion to the digital version of any MHS product is available within one (1) year of purchase and credit of fifty (50%) of the value paid will be applicable. Please contact MHS Client Services to see if your return qualifies for conversion to a digital based product.

*Non-MHS Published Product
After thirty (30) days of purchase, a restocking fee of 15% of the product value is applied to returned non MHS published product. Account credit is valid for one (1) year from date of issue, after which time, the credit will become null and void. Credits have no cash value and are non-refundable or transferable.

If, within thirty (30) days of purchase, you no longer wish to use your tokens, we will give you a full credit, or refund based on the purchase price of the unused tokens. Simply call the MHS Client Services Department. If the thirty (30) days have passed, we will give you full credit for the purchase price of the unused tokens. Simply call the MHS Client Services Department within ninety (90) days of token purchase. This credit can be used toward the purchase of any MHS product. After ninety (90) days, you may not return or exchange tokens, but may use them only to purchase products that are sold through the portal with specified token prices. Account dormancy policies apply.

MHS reserves the right to change the price in tokens (i.e., the number of tokens required to purchase a product) and the price of tokens (i.e., the amount in legal currency required to purchase an individual token) at any time.

The tokens that you have purchased for MHS products will not expire as long as your account is active. The tokens will only revert to MHS if there has been no account activity for one (1) year.

In the event of account inactivity that lasts for a period of one (1) year, MHS will notify you via email that your account will be declared dormant. If you do not reply to the email with alternate instructions—and if there is still no activity within the account—then MHS will declare the account as being dormant. Upon this dormancy, any tokens associated with the account will be reclaimed by MHS.

Should MHS business needs, model and practices migrate away from the use of tokens for purchase, MHS reserves the rights to discontinue and terminate the use of tokens. Any tokens held by you in the event of discontinuation of tokens, shall be converted to a credit toward the purchase of any MHS product.
