Who Can Order

Some of our products are sold only to qualified users. Qualification levels (a, b, c, or m), described below, appear in the highlighted product descriptions or after product pricing where applicable:

A-level products do not require any specific qualifications.

B-level products require that the user has completed graduate-level courses in tests and measurement at a university or has received equivalent documented training.

C-level products require fulfillment of b-level qualifications, and users must have training and/or experience in the use of tests and must have completed an advanced degree in an appropriate profession (e.g., psychology, psychiatry). Depending on state requirements, membership in a relevant professional organization (e.g., APA) or a state license/certificate in psychology or psychiatry may be necessary.

M-level products can only be purchased for use in a law enforcement agency setting. For more information, please contact customerservice@mhs.com for more details.

Certain tests may require additional qualifications beyond those designated here (e.g., test certification).

A completed MHS Purchaser Qualification Form must accompany every first-time order for all b-level and/or c-level tests.

Clinical & Education Products Public Safety & Talent Products
Require that users have completed graduate level courses in Tests/Measurement or have received equivalent documented training; adhere to ethical and professional standards of the American Psychological Association (APA) or local equivalent regulatory body; and have experience in the principles, limitations, and interpretation of psychological tests. Public Safety and Talent Products require certification through an accredited trainer. To find out more about becoming certified or MHS’s qualification levels, please speak to a Public Safety or Talent Solutions Consultant.

C-level products require that users have completed an advanced degree in an appropriate profession (e.g., psychology, psychiatry); are a current member of a professional organization (e.g., NAN, INS, APA, or other relevant organization) and/or are registered as a licensed professional in psychology or psychiatry or other relevant field; adhere to ethical and professional standards of the American Psychological Association (APA) or local equivalent regulatory body; and have experience in the principles, limitations, and interpretation of psychological tests.

Students who do not meet a specified qualification level should speak with a qualified supervisor to determine whether or not that supervisor is willing to oversee the student’s use of the product(s).

Include the quantity, product code, product name, and price of each product. Calculate the subtotal, add the shipping and handling charge, total the cost of your order, and write it in the Total box. Complete the method of payment section. Please be sure that the qualification and order forms are completed in full in order to prevent any delay with your order.

These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (“Terms”) will govern all purchases by Customers of products listed in this catalog and the MHS software license agreement will govern any receipt and use of MHS software. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Purchaser and MHS concerning this matter, and supersede all discussions, proposals, bids, invitations, orders, and other communications, oral or written, on this subject. You agree to be bound to these Terms by placing an order for materials or software, signing MHS’ Qualification Form, providing a purchase order, MHS order form, or by part or total payment of an MHS invoice for materials or services ordered. By completing the purchase process, you also agree to MHS’ Privacy Policy and qualification levels located at www.mhs.com.
